Shipping policy

All deliveries are made through NZ Post's Courier system.

All items booked before 2pm will be shipped on the same day (aiming to arrive the next business day).

Every rental or try-on booking comes with a prepaid return courier bag. To return your garment, simply place it into the previously mentioned bag and drop it off at your nearest NZ Post store before the end of the next business day (6pm).

If the parcel has not been returned to the post office on the business day following your rental, Rabbit Borrows holds the right to charge late fees as per our rental agreement
